A return visit - comforable stay & super central location - fairly quiet, so pleasant

Liked: Good central location. Close to train station/shops/cafes. Grand old style building with character - in need of some refurb. Very pleasant staff.

Disliked: Bathroom would benefit from refurb. More comfortable chairs in bedroom please. Pool furniture also tired. Only one small lift so can be waiting. Bar is dull / dark would not entice me to drink there.

Liked: The front desk was so friendly

Disliked: An incident happened at dinner with the staff not wanting to seat us because it was close to closing.

Nice hotel. Great location. Good breakfast but I couldn’t recommend this hotel due to the problems with the hot water

Liked: Loved the swimming pool. It was very nice to relax there. The entrance is fabulous and the bar and courtyard are too.

Disliked: The hotel had a problem with the hot water. There was no hot water when we arrived. It did come back on later and no hot water the night before we left. The rooms are a bit tired and air conditioning needs updating.
