  We love to visit Montecatini Terme and this is our favouriteto stay

  Liked: I love the friendly reception team and the house keeping team were very helpful. The bar man is very helpful and has a sense of humour which we appreciated. When we visit we feel very welcomed and looked after. We enjoy the ambience and relaxation. The hotel is situated in a lovely location near to the centre which you can walk too and close to Montecatini Alto.

  Disliked: The bathroom was on the small side but adequate for 2 adults. The room was located away from the lift but we occasionally heard passing residents talking quite loudly despite displaying the Do not Disturb notice. We understand this happens though and it didn’t spoil our overall stay in the hotel.

  Beautiful Tuscany

  Liked: This is a beautifully decorated and comfortable hotel. We had a lovely stay, the staff, especially at breakfast were so friendly and helpful. It’s a good town base yourself in, good train service.

  Disliked: It’s not the hotels fault but was hard to get sun-loungers because people have such bad manners and leave their towels on them for hours.

  Quality hotel in good location

  Liked: Comfortable bedrooms with good aircon. Nice bar and foyer area to relax and sit in.

  Other reviews not accurate

  Liked: We came here for 4 days bed and breakfast. Hotel is okay as a base and perfect for location to train station to get to Florence. Rooms are cleaned daily, breakfast is good with lots of options. Check out was really early and was not offered early breakfast which we have paid for. Facilities; Pool area. Clean pool but not enough sunbeds or seating area and a little precarious in places. Other facilities, non existent. For example, no tea and coffee facilities in room and hit and miss with bar and food service through the day. Bar decides to shut when they want and wont serve you so you have to go elsewhere to get even a drink. If they are doing this we expect at least a kettle in the room. All in all we literally stayed in the hotel to sleep and ventured elsewhere for other facilities. We would not stay here again.
