  Lovely family run hotel

  Liked: Wonderful location, very good breakfast, lovely pool, comfortable lounge area

  Disliked: Unusual balcony off the bathroom, staff not the best at finding concert or arranging an early morning taxi. Spa not as good as it was made out to be, quite small.

  Lovely spa hotel

  Liked: Excellent location, lovely hotel and the spa was well worth the additional cost. A short walk to the main town centre, and other attractions. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a good size with a well fitted bathroom and was very clean. We booked a 2 hour spa session and it was a beautiful space and incredibly relaxing after a few busy days walking around Florence.

  Disliked: Beds were a little hard, on arrival the receptionist was a bit direct and slightly rude. However she may have been having a bad day as the following morning she was lovely and very helpful. Overall a very nice stay.
