  Poor service!

  Liked: nothing

  Disliked: The staff is racism!! We arrived there early and asked whether we can part there first and later check in. Even though the parking spot is completely free. The staff refused and said only can park at 2pm. The staff cannot speak English and the attitude was really unfriendly and without any patience.

  Great location, friendly staff but looking a bit tired!!

  Liked: The location and access are great being walking distance to shops, restaurants, train station etc...

  Disliked: The place looks pretty tired in terms of wear and tear, old carpets and general presentation of the garden area and pool surrounds. The pool had green algae in it which wasn't particularly inviting although I did go for a swim and it was ok. Just think they could go to a bit more effort on presenting the hotel because on other levels it has plenty going for it.

  Would stay again. Nice Italian hospitality

  Liked: hotel pool & bar & room

  Disliked: breakfast was good but be nice to have some bacon as I cant eat eggs! A bit noisy the last two nights from the grdound floor area and next door. Alot of banging and shouting?

  Liked: Close to the highway Parking The staff is helpful and the welcoming dog is cute

  Disliked: The pool is opened from 10.30 to 7 p.m, so no chance to cool down at the end of the hot day. Additionally the charge extra 5 Euros for guests to visit it. The 4 stars were probably given decades ago, as now it’s 2 stars max due to the breakfast, old furniture carpets, poor cleaning and so on The toilet was one of the most disgusting we ever seen.
