  First time I have ever not stayed in a hotel after paying…that summes up everything

  Liked: Location was good

  Disliked: Our room, regardless of what it’s said in the web has no natural light, but a window with a fake view. It’s in a literal basement, you would not expect a hotel pretending to be so cool to rent a room like this: too small, no light no good vibe!

  Very nice place with a great view, nice amenities and would highly recommend

  Liked: This place is really nice - we had the Skyy room with Sauna and Hot tub. Simeone and the other girl working there were very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: There was a recent fire in a small building next to pool which is a little unsightly. However, we understand that it can take time to rebuild.

  Very good

  Liked: We arrived in late September, when it's a little bit cold in Tuscany. It would be better if we could stay for longer to experience the spa and swimming pool. It's a very quite site overseeing the town.

  Disliked: The room is too dark, even with all the lights on. It's not very good value for money. If it's 80% of its price, I'd say it's a perfect stay.

  Liked: Amazing view, nice staff. Oil trees everywhere and perfect place for resting. Pool and wellness facilities are more than fine, but the SPA (jackuzzi, Sauna) is pretty expensive for 25 Eur/person. Based on the description if you stay at least 4 nights it will be free.

  Disliked: It's just my indivdual problem, but I don't like when the bed is so soft.
