  Liked: Communication started before we arrived, host sent us information about parking and route. When we arrived she offered a glass of wine and it was really nice. Our rooms consisted of living room and bedroom, bathroom, they were very clean and tastefully designed. Room was just a step down from the street and hotel lobby was one doorway down the street, where breakfast was served. Everything in this establishment was beautiful, setup of the breakfast as well. At night time street was quiet, town is small and full of osterias, plenty of options for food. I really liked that experience and nice people in this small hotel.

  design, beauty in a beautiful home away from home x

  Liked: this property was an absolute delight - consideration has been given to every detail by the owner and it shines through giving the rooms and communal areas a beautiful ambience. the breakfasts are fun with fellow guests and the location is perfect for easy walking through the historical streets. we would definitely stay there again and again. thank you for making us feel at home - in a purposely designed elegant way.

  Whilst interesting historically i was disappointed in certain aspects as highlighted above

  Liked: The location was good and the hotel interesting.

  Disliked: The whole place was somewhat quirky which is ok but worth mentioning. However my bedroom was very small, the bathroom pretty difficult to get in and out of due to a deep staircase leading from the bedroom. I also thought for the standard of the hotel the breakfasts were poor with very limited choice. Whilst there was cheese and meat the remainder appeared to be a variety of cakes. There was little fruit and no variety of cereals.

  Fantastic location for exploring, yet also quiet and relaxing

  Liked: This is a little gem of a city centre location, peaceful and quiet yet only one step away from the historic central square. Staff were very helpful and gave good advice.

  Disliked: Nothing, it was excellent.
