  Liked: Breakfast and staff were great!

  Disliked: Cats on our patio prevented from opening the door. I left open once and a cat came inside. Bath door opening into the small bathroom was annoying. The shower needs a light as it was dark inside. Additionally the little shelf in the shower is too small to place any products on it. The on/off light in the hall is annoying

  Great location to explore the labyrinth of winding streets

  Liked: The artwork and pottery in the shared living areas were very tasteful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The patio garden and the seating outside was a lovely area to enjoy the autumn sunshine. Great bed linen, comfy bed. Great breakfast with a great selection and the service was excellent.

  Disliked: I found the bedroom very bland in decor and a bit oppressive.

  Incredible!

  Liked: Everything about this hotel was incredible. The staff was able to help us with any little request and were always available. We had transfers picking us up everyday, and the reception stayed in contact with our drivers to make sure the tuk tuk took us down to the meeting spot on time. We didn't have to worry or do anything! Breakfast every morning was delicious and the staff there was so lovely to see in the morning! I also love how by day 2, the staff knew and remembered who we were, it's the little things like that that made our stay so great! I would not go back to Ostuni without staying here, definitely worth every penny.

  Liked: location, room (except closeness to busy street), amenities, staff

  Disliked: no view from room, only view was on a wall 4 meters at the other side of a busy street. I specifically asked for a quiet room at booking and did not get it

  Liked: Ostuni is a cute white town on a hill and a short drive to the sea with views to the sea and also a sea of olive trees! The room was on 2 floors and really comfortable with water and welcome snacks. The courtyard with dipping pool was needed in the heat and soooo pretty! The breakfast was plentiful with all the nuts and seeds and fruit as well as cakes and sandwiches, you could also order eggs. The plates were adorable! They give you a parking spot and tuk tuk you to and from the hotel as in narrow lanes. These narrow lanes come to life at night with bars and restaurants.

  Disliked: Nothing it was perfect for a stay in Ostuni!
