  Liked: The hotel is nice and very close to center when walking. Parking has its value too. We felt great atmosphere with the pool beyond the lawn yard. The spa is realy great there.

  Disliked: I feel the breakfast doesn't match the quality of hotel. You can have far better breakfasts in this part of Italy. The spa entry fee of 70€ is paid extra on top of the accomodation and this makes the stay kind of expensive.

  I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value your privacy, security, and peace of mind while on vacation

  Liked: A hotel stay should be a place where you can relax, feel safe, and enjoy your time away without worrying about your personal belongings. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was the complete opposite (!!!) After checking out, I discovered that a jewelry box containing all of my jewelry had disappeared from my room. I had last seen it on the morning of our departure. The loss included not only valuable items, but also pieces of sentimental value that can't be replaced. What has stayed with me most is not just the loss, but the deeply unsettling feeling that my belongings could disappear from my room during my stay. As a guest, you trust that your privacy is respected and that the room you are paying for is a secure space. Having that trust broken left me feeling shocked, vulnerable, and extremely uncomfortable. The hotel's handling of the situation only made matters worse. Rather than taking ownership of a serious incident involving a guest's missing property, I was repeatedly told to call back later for updates and was left chasing the hotel for answers at every stage. There was no sense of urgency, accountability, or genuine concern for what had happened. I would never stay here again, and I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable stay. The disappearance of my belongings was bad enough, but the loss of trust and feeling of safety is what will stay with me long after this trip. If zero stars were an option, that is what I would give!
