Wonderful apartment in superb location
Liked: Fantastic apartment in a wonderful location. Communication was excellent and the inclusion of breakfast vouchers and other provisions made it all the more special.
A nice place to stay in Palazzolo Acreide
Liked: We arrived early and Seraphina came immediately to check us in. The room was spacious. Because we were touring with rented electric bikes, bicycle parking stands were provided in the bedroom, at our request. A very nice welcome snack was provided on arrival. Breakfast was the traditional coffee and a giant croissant in the trendy cafe on the main street, though it was a bit of a walk to get to it.
We really enjoyed our stay at Casa dei Giurati and our super host Pina was the icing on the cake!!
Liked: Palazzolo Acreidi is a lovely town at the centre of the region. As a result we spent far more time within the town than we planned. We were very impressed with it. Our room was large, quirky and just perfect for us. However the star for us was our super host Pina. She was so delightful, helpful and kind. We can't praise her enough. If you get a chance visit The Feudo Bauly estate outside town. The restaurant is very reasonably priced. as is the Trattoria de Gallo just near the Casa dei Giurati which is has super food and a real buzz about it. Thank you Pina and Palazzolo - we had a great time.
Beautiful apartment in the most unspoilt Baroque town
Liked: Really lovely people and the apartment was very large, spacious and luxurious. Logistics for check in and out were easy. Bathroom is huge. We visited Caprice pastry shop / cafe earlier on in the day without realising that we would also return the morning after with the breakfast coupons - it’s a fantastic cafe. It was our first time in Palazzolo Acreide having visited the more famous baroque towns in the area many times before. Palazzolo Acreide might be the most beautiful of the lot. Even though we stayed the week of Ferragosto and during a busy festival in the town, parking was easy in the piazza 1 minute walk from the apartment and the apartment was very quiet despite the festivities.
Fantastic One-week Stay at Casa dei Giurati
Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at this lovely b&b. The location was amazing - facing the Basilica of St. Paul, the patron saint of the town. Parking is so convenient and very secure as it is available directly in front of the basilica in the piazza facing the b&b. We received the warmest welcome from our hosts, Pina and Cristian - upon meeting us for the first time, they treated us like family! They took us for a walk through the beautiful town & showed us where the pasticceria was located where we would have breakfast each morning. The room is large and well furnished, as is the bathroom. The water pressure in the bathroom and shower was excellent..We slept very well each night as the bed and pillows were so comfortable. We highly recommend a stay in this wonderful b&b in the beautiful and very interesting town of Palazzolo Acreide!
