Fab night stay for a solo traveller
Liked: Centrally located in Pisa. Great communication from property. Warm welcome on arrival. Felt safe and was very clean.
Mixed experience – friendly staff, but very noisy
Liked: The lady at reception was really nice and welcoming. She even allowed us to leave our bags there after check-out, which we appreciated. The room was clean and had all the basic facilities we needed.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the noise was a major issue. The street noise and the lack of soundproofing in the hallways meant I could hear almost everything, which made it difficult to sleep well. Another downside was the €20 fee for late check-in. I arrived at 22:15, and having travelled to many places in Italy, I had never encountered this kind of charge before. The property should offer a self-check-in option, such as a key lockbox or secure keypad, for guests arriving after reception hours.

Liked: Great location, was only staying for the one night so was perfect. The external but private bathroom was super clean and had everything I needed. The boat was lovely and very friendly
Liked: A small but cozy property with a comfy single bed located within a 10 minute walk to Pisa Central Station. The woman in the reception was very kind and explained the procedures to me. Room was clean and tidy upon my arrival and was equipped with everything I needed. Great for solo travelling.
Disliked: Only thing that stops me from giving this place a 10/10 is it can get slightly noisy with people outside and movement from other guests moving around. However, if you can sleep through that then there is no reason you shouldn’t visit this place
