Very good
Great location and staff, but in need of renovation
Liked: I chose this hotel because of its location and the rooftop terrace even though I knew from the reviews that the building and rooms are out of date. The staff of the hotel were all very pleasant and helpful, and the lovely evening meal we had on the terrace was worth the stay in the hotel. The location in the heart of the main attractions of Pisa is superb.
Disliked: As other reviewers pointed out it is not really a four star hotel as the place shows its age, there were no slippers or robes in the room. However, on the day of our departure we saw workmen doing renovations on our floor.

Disliked: Very outdated. Probably a chic hotel in 1980s. Wifi didn’t work in the rooms, TV was extra small, walls were cracked, bathroom was outdated.
