Exceptional
Liked: Francesco gave us all the information we need before arrival and met us at the door. The place is located in a nice and calm environment not far from the wall of Pisa. It was a nice and comfortable stay for me and my family
Perfect location and cozy room
Liked: Perfect location, clean and cozy
Disliked: Some things need some maintenance and felt a bit humid, but overall everything was great
Liked: Great quality / cost %
Great value for money accommodation with the perfect location
Liked: We only stayed here for one night but we enjoyed it very much. Very communicative host, easy self check in and everything was explained very well. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the iconic tower and the other sightseeing points, but still in a quieter area. Room was great, clean, big and the shower was huge with high quality towels as well. We even had a small balcony which worked very well for us as smokers. The shared kitchen had some basic things to take for breakfast which we also appreciated very much, as well as the coffee! Highly recommend, great value for money!
Disliked: The only thing to note is that the bed was a bit squeaky, but we didn't mind it too much. Considering the great price and how great everything else was, I'm amazed that this is the only thing that didn't exceed my expectations. Would book again anytime!
Cozy location
Liked: Very close to the city center, quiet location, very clean.
Disliked: It would be nice to have a mosquito net at the windows but they provided mosquito repellent device.
Liked: This is a great value in Pisa. Self check-in, large rooms, very nice bathrooms, air conditioning, and the convenience of a shared kitchen that was clean and in good shape.
Disliked: You can hear when guests are in the kitchen or entering/exiting the building, but the guests when I stayed were respectful, so it was not an issue.
