Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Proximity to Pisa tower. Very clean.
Disliked: Basic rooms.
Fantastic stay, would recommend
Liked: Lovely staff, very welcoming and wonderful with the kids. Excellent location
I will go back when in Pisa. Hopefully the room’s door will have been upgraded to more insulation to the noise. Despite
Liked: It was very clean and it’s in a very good location just outside the old wall that takes you into piazza dei miracoli. Despite being on a big road the windows are very well insulated hence it is quiet inside. What I did not expect was the internal noise coming through the room’s door. Luckily the other clients were not too noisy but you can hear very well everything that happens outside the room.
Disliked: The not well insulated room’s door. It is a shame. It’s the only thing I did not like, to hear the noise coming from the inside the hotel.
Good location and breakfast but low quality hotel
Liked: Very good location and good breakfast
Disliked: Check-in was from 2.00pm as per the booking, I arrived slightly early and told it wouldn’t be ready, I had to wait until 2.30pm to get access. The single room was very small, you get what you pay for.
Close to attractions
Liked: Very friendly staff on reception. Breakfast was fine, range of continental dishes available. Very close to all the attractions.
Disliked: We would like tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms please!
Liked: Location and staff
