Exceptional
Excellent break
Liked: Location was perfect, lots of Gluten free resturants were very local, view from our room included the tower. Friendly helpful staff, owner was hands on and made sure our cab arrived. Comfy bed, had great sleep 😴 Excellent breakfast, supplied gluten free bread and cakes on request which was appreciated.

Great place to spend a night in Pisa
Liked: Lovely property in easy walking distance of the Tower, Cathedral and Baptistry. Very friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. Would stay there again if we were back in Pisa

Beautiful room which undoubtably enhanced by husbands surprise birthday trip to Pisa. Recommended!
Liked: The room was beautiful and authentic, which is exactly what we were looking for, I am not a fan of the large style multinational hotels as I do not find them interesting, just a room for work, I enjoy rooms with character. We had a balcony with table and chairs, plenty of room, a window and a set of double doors, both ensured the room had plenty of light, I especially liked the fact there was a hallway with coat, hat, shoe and luggage storage so these items did not clutter up the main bedroom and kept it looking pretty. Breakfast was continental, no hot food but with plenty of variety. The location could not have been better, a view of the Pisa tower from the outdoor breakfast patio and located a 5 min walk away, an excellent range of shops, cafes and restaurants immediately outside the door!
Disliked: The gutter above the balcony double doors has a leak and when it rains heavy the noise was a little irritating and disturbed my sleep, that said this only happened on our last night and as we had to leave early we did not have a chance to raise this with Luca who I am sure will address this ASAP once this review is posted. With showers this may not be noticeable but we had torrential rain all night.
Perfect place to be in Pisa
Liked: Well located. We had a room with large balcony which was very welcome to sit out on. A view of the Leaning Tower and street life a bonus. It was not noisy despite the location.
Disliked: Nothing except it was quite an expensive stay for us as we were only two people and the room could accommodate 4 people.
