Very good
Liked: The bathroom was the best part of the accommodation, modern & clean
Disliked: The windows outside the room was taped up with black bags. The room was not worth the money paid,
Comfortable but noisy
Liked: The room was clean and a good size. Nice host, good communication and let me store my bags early before check in.
Disliked: It is central so there was a lot of street noise. People shouting, cars, early morning deliveries so not much sleep.
Would not stay again
Disliked: Only one pillow which was very thin. Struggled to get the checkin done on line tried for 30 mins. Not easy to find. Toiletries had been used, half a bottle. No hot water in morning so had a cold shower. Had a terrible night as single glazed so noise from road side was bad. Also noise from people using the kitchen or leaving rooms was very loud.
Very satisfied and home like stay
Liked: It is very nice and at central location. Very clean. Nice size of rooms.
Disliked: There is nothing to say bad about facility.
Good location to train station and eating places
Liked: Location was good
Disliked: I think when you put photos of a kitchen and kitchenware, you make it quite clear in your web site that the kitchen is not actually in your unit, but it's a communal kitchen for all the people in all the rooms to use. No fridge in the units either due to this
Liked: Accommodations were very clean. Staff was very helpful and organized. Perfect for our one night stay in Pisa!
