Exceptional
Enjoyed a unique stay here, with informal but polished service and generous breakfast
Liked: Very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and exceptionally helpful staff. Enjoyed the library of books and other decorative touches, as well as outdoor terrace.
Disliked: We would have liked tea and coffe in the room, and although our room and bathroom were large, there were no chairs to sit on.
Loved the house and the books and delicious coffee and breakfast!
Liked: Loved the history of the building and 6000 amazing books that brought it’s past to life!
Disliked: Wifi in our room was very week… basically no wifi
Really enjoyed the property and would stay again
Liked: Location of the property is excellent to wander around Pisa. Difficult to find as an address as it was on a no entry ⛔️ side of the street. However the staff that replied to me when I contacted them were really helpful and eventually we got there. Parked the car in a street nearby but you could once you’d worked it out park outside to drop off cases. If you were using public transport it was very walkable. Once inside wow 😮 the property itself and breakfast room area are superb as is the food on offer. Staff in the breakfast room were very polite and really helpful. Comfortable big room with good bathroom.
Disliked: Just the information ( which you can make better via contact with staff) on accessing IF you are driving. Walking from public transport would be no problem.

Liked: The character of this property is amazing. It’s like a hidden gem behind the big wooden doors. Breakfast excellent - huge choice.
Lovely place, highly recommended
Liked: Breakfast was great. Quiet, lovely relaxing common areas with complimentary coffee and pastries. Friendly staff, and we could leave our bags and pick them up later.
Disliked: Wifi had very weak signal in the room, there was little room in the bathroom to leave toiletteries.
