Fabulous
A good base for exploring Pisa and the surrounding area
Liked: The breakfast is provided in a nearby cafe. You are given a token for a hot drink and a pastry. This is included in the price. The staff are friendly and were quick to sort out a minor plumbing emergency. The B&B is well located very close to the railway station making it easy to go on day trips to Lucca and Livorno. There is a fridge in the room.
Disliked: The room is on the road so can be a little noisy. The shower is a bit hard to operate and the water temperature is not easy to regulate. It would be handy to have a bin in the room (in addition to the bin in the bathroom).
A couple short blocks from Pisa Centrale train station
Liked: A very short walk from Pisa Centrale station. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, nice bathrooms, and allowed luggage storage after check-out. Common area with a kitchen and tables.
Great for an overnight stay
Liked: Very clean and modern inside
Disliked: Access was tricky as we didn’t receive the entry code. Due to the hot weather the drains were very smelly
Liked: We liked that it is really close to the railway station. Shared kitchen is nice.
Disliked: The room needs some painting, you can see the stains of the previous guests. The mattress was too hard. The shower handle does not work, only the one above the head, so you have to use the shower cap that you get in the accommodation. There is no bidet, only a hygienic shower that leaks everywhere. The room was on a ground level of the building. The correspondence with the host was confusing in some point. Overall, not worth the money.

Liked: Great value, clean comfy room with good air con, very close to station, coffee machine/ free minibar cans and given voucher for breakfast at local cafe

Liked: Literally 3 minute walk from train station- so easy Lovely friendly welcome - super clean and great value for money Also the breakfast was good too - and free minibar with a few cold drinks in room
