Disliked: The bunk bed in the family room was broken - not safe to use.
Apart from AC, all things were good
Liked: The room was neat and clean. Breakfast was really good. The staff was responsible.
Disliked: AC was turning off automatically after 15-20 mins. It was incredibly hot and it made things worse.
The perfect stay in Pisa
Liked: Everything was perfect, incredibly clean and an amazing breakfast.
It was okay
Liked: Owner waited for our arrival to hand over the keys and told us breakfast available in the morning until 10 am. The lady on the second day morning was friendly but didn’t know English at all!
Disliked: We wish there is someone available at the reception to ask questions on transportations, such as taxi, bus etc,especially as a first time visitors. Iron box was not available. Unit was on the second floor. Ac was not available on the small room which made it difficult for kids. Bunk bed was shaky and made noise, middle of the night kids got off scared.
It was so good, i maybise in future as well
