Exceptional
Beautiful apartment and lovely, thoughtful touches. Overuse of strong chemicals let it down
Liked: Lovely touches like wine left out; mini soaps; breakfast tokens for a great cafe downstairs. Really thoughtful. The decoration also felt like you were in a home rather than a rental. It was beautifully done and it deserves the good reviews.
Disliked: We didn’t sleep. The cleaning chemicals were SO strong. We left all the windows open, went out and STILL had the taste of soap in our mouths. My eyes and skin were burning from the overuse of cleaning products. Also the noise insulation wasn’t brilliant and we could hear both the heavy traffic and water in the pipes from other flats.

Liked: We liked it because it was very clean, well organised and it was comfortable and the staff is doing a great job. As communication is the key, they do a great job. Beside, they know their ropes well and know how to make tourists enjoy their stay! Good internet, nice amenities, adapters for all types of AC plugs, anything you needed, you could find. And a nice bottle of Toscano wine waited for us. We had a great time.

Comfy stay in a home from home property:)
Liked: The property was excellent- a home from home. Everything was super clean and we felt welcomed. It had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and we were very thankful for the air conditioning when it was 32 degrees outside. After going to see the leaning tower we picked up a couple of pizzas and came back to the apartment to eat and enjoy the bottle of wine the host left for us. There was WiFi and English Channels on the tv. After a really long day, it was nice that we were able to relax and unwind. Thank you for having us:)
Disliked: There was only one thing that we would recommend the host improves on the property which is the shower. It’s a simple fix which would again add to the overall excellent experience. Thank you ☺️
