Guest reviews
Exceptional
Lived up to expectations
Liked: The communication from the hosts from start to finish was excellent. Clear check in procedures sent in plenty of time. Our flight was very delayed which meant a late late arrival but our hosts could not have been more accommodating with reassuring texts sent to us. The hotel is very convenient for the train station and airport links. Quiet room with plenty of snacks and drinks available for breakfast and facility to make drinks at any time in the well equipped shared kitchen. The room was spotless with ample toiletries provided. Extremely quiet air conditioning.
Disliked: N/A
Liked: The biggest shower in Italy. Modern bathroom.
Liked: Very professional and helpful staff. Totally reliable safe and comfortable. Cleaning and beds are perfect too
All good no complaints
Liked: Location great, idea for what we wanted.
Liked: This place is lovely, first floor, so only one flight of stairs. The room and common area were very clean, the beds were comfortable and it's close to the train station and not far from the tourist area of Pisa
Liked: Very clean, good coffee, AC. Flawless check-in and check-out. Train station super close
Disliked: We heard constant noises at the first night until 3AM. The remaining nights there were the same sounds, but much less of them the AC was also pretty loud, so I couldn't sleep without earplugs
