Liked: Everything was ok
Very pleasant
Liked: Free parking is a huge plus, and it was actually their parking not on the street like usually in Italy. Very quiet and pleasant room. The breakfast was nice, not many choices but enough to make a nice meal, also they had a lot of juices and they were good. The bus stop is not far away, and there's more than 1 bus that goes to the center from a near location to the hotel.
Disliked: I don't know if that's a standard in Italy but we didn't even get a glass in the room, and I find it a little annoying. Also we were woken up in the middle of the night because the AC went crazy and turned on without being turned on by us and it was incredibly noisy. The staff was really nice but one lady barely spoke any English. Location is a little away from the city center but overall a very nice and quiet neighbourhood.
Good for the price
Liked: Super friendly staff; the hotel is located in a quiet area, and it’s really great that they have their own free parking.
Well priced and well located for a day or two in Pisa
Liked: Very good breakfast for €8. Buses easy to use but a longer walk home after 8.30pm. Plenty of free parking and not far off the motorway. Friendly staff. Free hot drinking water and a fridge, so bought tea bags and had free hot drinks (you could buy coffee from their machine during the day for €1.50 a cup).
Disliked: Small room with a noisy folding bathroom door. Tiny shower. Air conditioning not very good - adequate in October.
Liked: Friendly staff, cleanliness, and a calm location that is a bit far from the city center; the breakfast is good-the lemon tart was exceptional.

Liked: It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean but a little small. There was a small fridge in the room which wasn’t mentioned in the description but if you were staying for any length of time it would be very useful. The location was very convenient for the attractions in Pisa.
Disliked: The small bathroom and the lift was small.
