Exceptional
Just great overall
Liked: It was clean, comfortable, and has a great location-just outside ztl, very close to the leaning tower. Also, it was very thoughtful of them to leave cold drinks and even mosquito repellents for us, especially in this season.
Excellent stay, comfortable with room for everyone
Liked: Very comfortable stay and finding the location was easy. The parks across the street and down the street were nice additions. The nearby grocery store was helpful too.
Disliked: It was a bit of a walk to the city center but I knew that when booking.

Lovely place and thoughtful owners
Liked: I have arrived very late, my flight got delayed and it rained quite a bit. It was very nice to check in without worrying about it. The free parking lot is empty during the night and the early morning, not too far and very conviniet if you rent a car as I did. The parking lot in front is also nice, since it is cheap and free during the night. It was a very short stay and we spent most of the time away, visiting Pisa Tower complex (very close) and Lucca. Everything worked fine. The sofa-bed was surprisingly big when opened up, I had a very nice sleep there, very clean sheets although a bit bouncy with its springs. The best thing I can say about the place is the care the owners left us with all the food, bread, nutella 😋, milk, cakes and even a cherry pie. We couldn't have it all but was so nice to wake up in the morning without worrying to find a place nearby. So lovely. Oh, and the guide they have prepared is so complete, many suggestions and relevant information about the place.
Disliked: The shower head was not hanging tight to the support, but very minor thing.

Liked: Very nice and clean. Excellent interior with a cool, yet cozy vibe. Nice with some drinks, fruit and milk in the fridge, coffee, croissants and muffins. We loved it.
Disliked: Thin walls, som you can hear the people I the other flat wery well.
