Fabulous
Not what I expected in Pisa
Liked: It's a comfortable hotel. Room was a good size and bathroom was roomy for a small hotel. Even though only a 10m walk from station, it's mostly very rough cobble stones (rough even for europe). Just be aware. Staff, except mentioned below, were very helpful.
Disliked: The younger woman at check in was not welcoming- which for italy is surprising. Also, she did not tell us breakfast needed to be reserved the day before. So when we wanted to get breakfast on our 2nd day, we couldn't! No tea or coffee in room. We had to get tea at 3.50 euros each at the bar. Although not as critical the temp controls for air conditioner didnt work.
What a fantastic stay at this Hotel
Liked: We had a fantastic stay at this stunning hotel, which is in an excellent location right in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our stay. One of the real highlights is the rooftop bar, which offers unbelievable 360-degree views across the city and as far as the eye can see. It’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great start to the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be visiting again!
Disliked: Its just a prefect Hotel
Liked: Convenient for both airport and train station, clean, spacious room, 24hr check in was perfect when landing late

Liked: Great location and parking available! Lovely garden. Breakfast available— did not take however.
I wouldn’t stay there again because of the internet and that unpleasant woman
Liked: The hotel was fine and clean
Disliked: Internet service was very bad. I found most of the staff pleasant and helpful but the one with short blond hair was very rude and impatient. No tea or coffee facilities in the room
Spacious room and very nice staff
Liked: Really nice staff. Hotel very clean and I like the roof size and decor
Disliked: Not much to moan about. It’s not situated in a very picturesque area but it’s handy location for the train station.
