Very basic, dated and simple. Ok if you just need a bed with no expectations!
Liked: Location - walking distance from the Leaning Tower
Disliked: There was no staff at all during our stay, the room was very very basic and very small for a family room. The bathroom and general appeaearnce of the 'hotel' was very dated. It was more like a hostel than a hotel. We only needed a place to sleep till 3.30am as we had an early flight so thankfully only stayed in the room for the minimal amount of time so it served it purpose but i woulnt say it was of the value of £100!

Excellent location, clean, nice for a short stay
Liked: Excellent location - a short walk away from the river, the leaning tower is also nearby. Several nice cafes and restaurants as well. Has dedicated parking. The check-in process was clearly communicated and fast. Staff are friendly.
Disliked: The room is excellent for a single night stay, but wouldn't recommend it for a longer period as it is pretty barebones and cramped. Since the walls and doors are quite thin, it would be quite noisy if it had more and/or louder guests. The price is a bit high for the quality of the room, but the location makes up for it.
Great location with convenient parking
Liked: The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the historic centre of Pisa. Having a private parking area was a big plus for us, especially when travelling by car. The hotel also has a lift, which was helpful for bringing our luggage upstairs. We had a lovely time in Pisa, and the hotel offered exactly what mattered most to us – a central location and convenient parking.
Disliked: The room and its facilities were rather basic. A few small things, such as drinking glasses in the room, would have been nice. The lift is also very small, but at least it makes transporting luggage easier.
Liked: Very close to the Pisa tower and historical center. Parking space (to be booked in advance) at the hotel available. Breakfast in Hotel available.
Disliked: Missing maintenance - lot of little things need repair - nothing essential but could be fixed easily.
