Fabulous
Lovely little hotel
Liked: Staff were super helpful and friendly. Hotel authentic
Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Very central
Great location in center of Pisa
Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Night staff were quite unfriendly.
Great location but not really up to scratch
Liked: Hotel Di Stefano is in a pretty street close to the Tower etc and on top of the loveliest part of Pisa. Our room was a bit meh; tired furnishings in glum colours; the bathroom was okay but had a really loud fan which we couldn’t bear to listen to, so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was quite depressing- not a great spread - and our whole experience was a bit disappointing.
Disliked: It looks tired and cluttered: fish tanks, too many depressing arrangements of dusty dried flowers. Definitely in need of a revamp. It wasn’t cheap either.
I had a lovely stay, better then previous hotels I tried in Pisa
Liked: Room was very comfortable, liked the setting, the small balcony added a nice touch. Breakfast colds selection was very good, good coffee and juice as well. Would have appreciated some warm dishes. Location is great, in the city center but on a quiet street, so street noise was not a problem. Staff is there 24/7 and they are all very friendly.
Disliked: WiFi was a bit slow, but for me that was not really an issue. Would have been nice to have some warm eggs based dish at breakfast.
Noisy and lacking in privacy
Liked: Clean and good shower - receptionist welcoming and helpful. Good location
Disliked: Cleaners start very early and are VERY noisy - do not stay here if you are looking for peace and quiet. Room was small and not very private
