Liked: Perfect spot. Very close to the Cathedral and leaning tower. The staff are very helpful and kind. Very clean and comfortable room. Restaurants and bars just on the corner.

Disliked: No 24 hrs reception. No answer o phone call when i went there. Had to change rooms 3 times as 1st no ac working. 1 had only double bed and i did book room for 3 people.
Friendly staff and good location, but uncomfortable beds and misleading listing regarding unavailable prepaid breakfast
Liked: The location is great, self check-in went smoothly, and the receptionist was very friendly. It is an older building, but having an elevator to our room on the 2nd floor was a plus.
Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable — we had two single folding beds pushed together that kept sliding apart during the night. The biggest issue was the breakfast: we paid for it in advance, but upon arrival, we found out the breakfast room has been permanently closed for a few years. It is completely unacceptable that breakfast is still listed as available and sold to guests when it doesn't exist.
It was a great little hotel for a pit stop on our way to the Tuscan coast
