Very good
Disappointed due the bed bugs
Liked: The breakfast was great. The 30minute walk into the city centre was okay alternatively the bus stop was just outside
Disliked: The fact that I was bitten by bed bugs during my stay affected every score I’ve given. I hope room 127 has received a deep clean & the whole bed has been replaced.
Liked: Nice rooms and nice hotel
Disliked: Front desk staff could be more friendly and welcoming.
Convenient and easy
Liked: Convenient location. A 20 minute walk from the old town, 35 minutes to the leaning tower. Rooms were fine but boiling hot, thankfully the aircon was fairly powerful.
Disliked: Bit shabby in areas
A easily reachable place to stay just to sleep, if you are having a car in the area
Liked: The room was spatious, and the hotel was overall nice, with easy parking. The value for money, in the area, is acceptable.
Disliked: The hotel feels like a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel. There are multiple small details: the breakfast is very limited in variety, and even the orange juice is paid separately; the control of the room temperature was essentially impossible, as you could not heat the room, which became cold at night; the blinders were not effective; there was no place to sit and work; etc...
A very good hotel that I will definitely revisit in future
Liked: The room was very clean, comfortable, well equiped and really quiet although it was in front of the road. The WiFi was excellent and worked without any problems or disruptions. The breakfast options were good as well. I will definitely revisit the hotel in future.
Disliked: A little bit far from the main city attractions and POIs, but still Pisa is a nice city to walk, so it was really not a problem.
Liked: Super friendly staff
Disliked: Quite a walk to the leaning tower
