Great stay
Liked: I loved this hotel. I travelled solo so it was perfect for me. Its very close to a smaller train station which will take you to Lucca and florence also..just a ten min walk and approx 25 min walk to pisa central. It is only a 5 min walk to the tower itself. I felt very safe in the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They couldnt do enough for me. The rooms were basic but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definately come back to stay here again.
Disliked: It would be nice to have tea and coffee with a kettle in the rooms and water in the fridge.
Liked: Staff were friendly and room was clean and what you would expect for the price.
Disliked: I feel bad leaving this review as I've never left a bad review before. I only booked the hotel as it said on booking.com that it had an airport shuttle service, however after booking it I was told that it didn't. I was using an esim with no phone number attached to it so I asked the receptionist if she could book me a taxi to get to the airport for the following morning. She said that I would need to go on an app and book in the morning, I was concerned that there would be no taxis available and she assured me that there would be. When I tried to book, no taxis were available as I feared. I had to walk to the station with all my luggage at 4.30am, bit dodgy as a solo female. Unfortunately there were no taxis at the taxi rank either. Eventually I managed to flag down a taxi and only just made my flight after much stress. Please update the website noting that there is no airport shuttle service or provide valid back up options to your customers who have booked on that basis.

Liked: The property was close to the locations that we wanted to see. Daniella was amazing and helped us with everything from places to eat to arrangements that included taxi service. She also was polite and informative.
Disliked: Nothing. It met our needs for our stay.
Liked: Very nice and friendly staff and a super location nearby the tower.

Quaint hotel with clean rooms and nice fresh breakfast
Liked: Nice clean room and friendly staff at check in. Breakfast was sufficient. We were offered a room on a lower floor as there is no lift and we had large luggage.
Disliked: Quite far from town and the station and not much going on in that area.
