Very good
Liked: We only spent one night here but itvwas a lovely experience. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good too.
I see that you have charged for luggage storage twice. When we asked about luggage storage, you did not inform us about
Disliked: I see that you have charged for luggage storage twice. When we asked about luggage storage, you did not inform us about the cost. On October 22nd, we had the bags in the locker for a few minutes before we got the room, so we object to this cost. We assume that we will get this money back.
Good room and well located
Liked: Room was quite large and comfortable. Shower has more features than I expected, unfortunately, part of it wasn't work. But the shower itself was very good. Locations is very good, well located and easy to move around, nice restaurant close by.
Excellent for its closeness to the train. Very clean
Liked: I had a small, perfectly clean and sufficient furniture single room. Very good bathroom. Spotlessly clean. I liked the closeness to the train station, only a few minutes walk. Didn’t have breakfast which was extra, as I was leaving early in the morning. This was a good base for my short visit to pisa.
Disliked: Could hear some noise from adjoining bedroom. The location was handy for the station and therefore a bit seedy but only one street then it was fine.
Liked: All good
Disliked: Nothing al good
Liked: Location nearby the station
Disliked: Many mosquitoes. Doesn't look like a hospital location, too many inmigrants. People with big suit case and problems with stairs my confront issues as you have to climb 1 floor by stairs. Too expensive for 1 night
