Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We had no hot water at any point during our stay. the water was freezing cold, and we couldn’t shower properly for three days!!! Considering the price of the accommodation, we expected a much higher standard. Hot water is a basic necessity, not a luxury. Communication with the host was also very difficult. He agreed to provide a partial refund, asked for my bank details, and assured me that the money would be transferred. Unfortunately, the refund did not arrive when promised, and I had to follow up repeatedly to get a response. The whole situation made us feel ignored, and the way it was handled was extremely disappointing. The only major positive was the location, which was very convenient. It’s a shame, because the property had potential, but the lack of such a basic amenity and the way the host handled the refund significantly ruined our stay. For this price, we expected much better conditions and a more professional approach.

Liked: Pros: Great location, good value for money, and cosy, clean rooms with lovely Italian touches. The shared kitchen has a charming atmosphere, with tea and coffee available. Check-in instructions are clear and easy to follow. Overall: I would recommend this accommodation for its location, reasonable price, and nice rooms. However, communication and soundproofing definitely need improvement.
Disliked: Cons: Almost no communication from the host despite several questions about breakfast, access, and payment. Drinking water shown in the photos was missing, and guests weren’t informed about the lack of hot water due to a plumbing issue. Very poor soundproofing made it difficult to fall asleep, as doors opening and closing sounded as if they were right next to my ear.
Liked: Location was great: half way from the station to the Leaning Tower. Also just next to the river. The room basically had all what’s needed.
Disliked: Very chaotic and complicated check in process. It is a regular residential building and the residents seem to be very annoyed with people staying in the venue. Not a pleasant experience at all.
Liked: Stort og rent.
Disliked: Leselampe manglet batteri.
Bed and no breakfast
Liked: Access was provided outside of checking in hours.
Disliked: It's a bed and breakfast. Bed was found, breakfast wasn't. Staff neither. We spent one night between flights and had no time to properly experience the whole, but we were there at a monday morning and finding no breakfast (that we paid for and expected) and no staff to talk to (and I mean after 8 am) was unexpected and unwelcome. Be prepared to walk in the city if you want to eat.

Liked: Great, clean, close to leaning tower over all stunning! Good communication with owner and very pretty place!
