Pleasant
Liked: Nice room with ac and a cool bath. Great for a couple

Liked: Comfortable hotel
Good accommodation with great privacy
Liked: Nice room with very comfy bed (memory foam), and big bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Garden area was nice in the shade. Air conditioning worked well.
Disliked: Refrigerator was barely able to keep things cold, as it was small and there was a heat wave during our stay.
We moved after a few days

Disliked: Lots of things. Terrible location, not good area, no shops, poor transport, no swimmimg pool (advertised as having), no tea/ coffee (advertised as having), no information, had to ask for toilet roll twice, couldn't use balcony due to mosquitos, air conditioning didn't work and when 'fixed' was poor.
Bad
Disliked: After refusing to check me in upon arrival, citing completely false claims about passport regulations, and ignoring Booking.com customer service’s instructions to accept the digital documents we sent to their email, the property has now had the audacity to cancel the reservation hours later. Let me be clear: • I arrived on time. • I provided valid documentation. • Your customer service confirmed our compliance. • The property still refused to let me in. • I was left without a place to stay, wasted hours searching for alternatives, and incurred extra costs. And now, after five hours, they send an email saying I can check in — then cancel the booking after I’ve already had to secure another accommodation? This is outright fraudulent behavior and I’m demanding an immediate and full refund to my card. No credit. No vouchers. No delays. I did not cancel this reservation — they did, after denying me the service I paid for.
Great base
Liked: The room was adequate, it would have been helpful to have a sheet with details such as WiFi code and how to use the coffee machine as a kettle. Instructions on the air conditioning as well. Well placed to walk into the center in about 10 minutes. On out last day the host kindly took us to the station as our taxi had not arrived, this was an additional cost.
Disliked: The fridge was dirty when we arrived but was changed by the host as soon as this was pointed out. We had issues with the air conditioning not working even though all doors were shut as instructed. When we arrived the hot tub/pool was not available. It was cleaned and made available 2 days later. The light breakfast was a croissant, one day with dry cereal, and a couple of biscuits. No milk for the tea some mornings and no teabags. When messaging the host regarding ordering a taxi no reply was received.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
