Liked: Staffs are good
Disliked: The manager of hotel was ignore to turn on the air conditioner. The rooms too cold, and I was getting cold during my stay. I strongly recommend you all, please be sure strongly to choose this hotel...
Light and pleasant, with a great view of the garden during breakfast
Liked: What we liked: Asia was very kind and helpful. We had a smooth check-in. Pietro was very welcoming. He chatted with us during breakfast, and shared the history of the place (which was lovely). He also allowed us to leave our bags so we could explore the city freely until our departure. Another plus is that he is a writer and was able to exchange experiences with my partner—that was truly wonderful.

Liked: Big room. Host was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It was stated there was a minibar and tea/coffee facilities in room, but there wasn't. Breakfast was poor. Garden needed a little care. Room had mould in bathroom and was peeling in a few places in main room.
Perfect stay for a stopover or a visit
Liked: It felt like home. Unassuming, comfortable and friendly. Authentically friendly. Great breakfast. Good parking.
Disliked: Courtyard garden has great potential but is neglected.

Liked: The staff was super nice, especially the gentleman who helped us with breakfast. He was an amazing person—very helpful, friendly, and kind.
Disliked: The room was spacious, but honestly, it was a little dirty. We also had some issues with the air conditioning during our stay. However, the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I have never experienced such poor breakfast service before. It was honestly a major letdown. They could easily charge €10 more per person and provide a proper breakfast with eggs, fresh bread, and good Italian cheese. After all, this is Italy, and that is exactly the kind of breakfast we were expecting.
