Exceptional
Great location
Liked: Very clean, comfortable and location was perfect to Pisa tower.
Disliked: Due to it being on a main side road there was lots of traffic and noise from delivery vans in the early hours and students (college or university) just around the corner
Liked: Quiet, central location, good instructions for self check-in. Comfortable bed, good room size. Breakfast in coffee shop nearby was nice (Coffee, juice and pastry)
Disliked: Bathroom/shower was small and had a funny smell
Ideal for a couple of nights in Pisa!
Liked: We really enjoyed our stay here - lovely modern room, clean and tastefully designed. Great location - close to all the main sites and as it's such a small city you can walk everywhere anyway. It's worth bearing in mind that there isn't a reception - you'll be sent a code to access the building & room via WhatsApp. We did leave our luggage after check out in the communal area which was fine as only 2 other rooms had access, but it's worth bearing that in mind when booking if you'd rather leave luggage at a reception / with staff to monitor it. The breakfast was great! - Pastry, coffee & juice at a lovely local cafe round the corner (Cavalieri). You also get 10% off there in general and I'd highly recommend it for an aperativo! We'd definitely recommend it here and stay here again.
Great location, independent environment with kitchen/ fridge facilities
Liked: Great location to explore Pisa away from the main streets for restful evenings.
Disliked: Could have been a little cleaner in bathrooms and had simple additions like a welcome mat to dry feet inside to avoid very slippy floors (which was the arrival we had).

Liked: The location is central, near the Tower of Pisa, and about a 20-minute walk from Pisa Centrale. The room and bathroom are clean and have a modern design. Luisa is a great and very friendly host, and communication with her was excellent.
