Fabulous
Very good location and good value for money
Liked: The hotel is in a fab place, right outside the walls of the Tower and Cathedral/Baptista. It has old floors and beautiful furniture. We had a four poster bed with curtains which was lovely. Felt very secure with a code to enter and we were allowed to leave our things after we checked out in a safe place till we left later that day which was a kind gesture. Good aircon!!
Disliked: The toilet/plumbing is quite noisy in the room but as an older building, this maybe cant be helped.

Liked: The location was absolutely perfect!
Disliked: The room could do with some upgrading. The curtains were slightly hanging from off the pole. We had no shower soap, just multiple sachets of shampoo. No waste bin in the main room which would have been handy.

Amazing location!
Liked: Couldn't be nearer to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the joining attractions! Train station and bus stop also really close by so it was super convenient to get to the airport. Easy to check-in and Elisa was very helpful letting us leave our bags before official check-in. We also loved the Smeg coffee machine
Disliked: No major issues at all. The bed was a bit hard for personal taste and the plumbing in the room was quite noisy. You're also next to main road so you can hear normal road noises but they do supply ear plugs.

Liked: Location. Views. Small communal room and balcony. Great coffee machine. Great shower.
Disliked: All four of us got bitten by bed bugs. Rest of room etc clean. The mattress were not, unfortunately.
