Fabulous
Very enjoyable and stress free
Liked: The persons who welcomed us on our arrival were super nice and helpful. We arrived around 9.45 pm but they still accommodated us for dinner. The food was excellent and we had few free appetitivo snacks/drinks (lovely surprise). Nice restaurant ambiance. The breakfast was very good too and we had scramble eggs as per our request. We only stayed one night as we were on our way to Firenze but it is very well located between Pisa and Lucca (15-20 mins on each side). They give all the information how to pick up keys in advance and with clear images (but we were helped by the lady in charge). The lady at the reception was really helpful to help me with booking some visits in Pisa.
Disliked: The wifi was weak in the bedroom - I had to be in the reception area to book some visits
Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful. The restaurant deserves a special mention — the food was amazing, and the service was excellent. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
Gorgeous food and lovely people
Liked: Absolutely wonderful staff friendly and helpful. And the food was some of the best we had while in Italy
Disliked: The approach from the back where we parked probably could do with a bit of love and attention, first impressions and all!

Disliked: Breakfast, not much choice and only one coffee Cost alot for taxis so a little too out of the way

Wonderful place to stay!
Liked: We loved staying here. The people who work here are amazing. So friendly, so accommodating. The breakfast is awesome! Some of the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. I enjoyed eating breakfast every morning surrounded by the beautiful grounds that the hotel sits on. Highly recommend staying here if you want to explore the area. Pisa is 15 mins away by car and Lucca is about 20 mins away.
