Fabulous
Almost good
Liked: These rooms have a few positives that could make for a great stay, offset however by several problems. To start with the positives, the room and bathroom are big, so is the shower, toiletries provided, a wardrobe, table and chair, it's good to have the flexibility that self check in offers, etc. My room had a window to a small pedestrian street and no noise whatsoever came from the outside.
Disliked: The staff is responsive but don't really listen (they don't seem to be aware of communication glitches on the platform, even when told) and hence are rather curt /impatient. Another big minus: the bed had a marshmallow soft mattress, I ended up sleeping on blankets on the floor to preserve my back and my sanity. My neighbours slept early and I left early morning, but I did hear every word they said and their plumbing as if we were in the same room, so zero insulation and sure a problem if not extremely lucky with timings.
Liked: The accommodation was lovely and clean. It was easy to find, and I had no trouble getting inside. The bed was comfortable. The view from the window was absolutely breathtaking, and it was definitely worth waking up early to watch the sunrise over the mountains. You can even enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee while admiring the view! The bathroom was a little dated, but it was fully equipped and had everything I needed. Overall, I was extremely happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this place! Just a small heads-up: the city tax had to be paid in cash.
Liked: Very very clean and spacious, incredibly close to the station and airport. Are was lovely and I could see the tower. Access to the building very easy and well organised. Very good quality price ratio
Good place for the center of Pisa
Liked: It was good located, clean and had variety of drinks. And it also had a beautiful view.
Disliked: The elevator was not working so the walk up was a bit hard. And my bed was creaking loudly.
Liked: Convenient, central location. All the basics covered, good amenities and access.
Disliked: Space at a premium, single room bathroom is very limited on space but at least private.

Liked: From the window you can see the tower! The bedroom is big for 1 person.
Disliked: The shared bathroom sometimes was messy
