Exceptional
Nice place
Liked: The location was within walking distance to the train station and the Leaning Tower which we were there to see. It is also centrally located to excellent restaurants, shops and laundromats. The room was beautiful and breakfast delivered to the room added an extra touch. The staff was very attentive to our needs.
Disliked: The only negative item was the two-person bathtub/jacuzzi. Upon using it, it spewed black particles all in the bathtub which was not pleasing at all. Perhaps it had not been thoroughly cleaned before. The next morning we did show the staff member of the residual particles. We did not use the bathtub afterwards. A little disappointing since this was a feature that we were looking forward to enjoy after long days of walking around Pisa. I am sure corrective action will be addressed.
Liked: Amazing room and breakfast. Good location, close to the station
