  Great location and great atmosphere

  Liked: Nice location to start your visit in Pisa, very nice host and helped us with getting us a taxi. All that you need is there. Some good breakfast places in the neighborhood.

  Disliked: It is adjacent to a noisy street, the window insulation helped a lot; the neighbors upstairs are a bit noisy, I suspect this is due to the age of the house. Nevertheless you can get a good nights sleep. The WiFi was not great and later stopped working, something to investigate.

  Ants everywhere, owner came in our room in the middle of the night without knocking

  Liked: the complimentary snacks and coffee were nice and the room was well air conditioned.

  Disliked: The bedroom had ants everywhere and we woke up with them all over our clothes. The host woke us up in the middle of the night without knocking on the door and freaked us out because she was trying to get payment for the room but didn't know how to communicate it because she barely spoke any English. We wish she would communicate her issues with us in the morning instead of scaring us in the middle of our sleep and entering our room without our permission. Will never stay here again.
