Good
Liked: This was my second visit there. As before, I enjoyed very much the stay.
Disliked: It would be great if the hotel offered a drinking water option
Could be better
Liked: Location. Staff. Modern location.
Disliked: Very loud noise from trains going by. They charge to keep your luggage even if for a couple of hours ( 3 euros per bag). No AC control for you to turn on and off, you have to call reception to ask them to do it ( we had private room with ensuite bathroom ). Noisy bed (metal structure). Very thin and uncomfortable pillows. Only offer hand soap. Everything else you need to buy.

Liked: I love it here. Great atmosphere. Amazing outdoor area. Nice food and drink. Lovely staff. Perfect location for early flight/airport. 20 mins walk. About 10 mins walk from Pisa Centrale. Have stayed a few times now. This time we had the Twin room on 4th floor with private bathroom. Twin room is unfortunately beside the lift so noisy. For paying the extra for a twin room etc, you would expect the room not to be backing on to the elevator. That is my only criticism.

Disliked: Rooms sparse. No blanket in October, must rent towel, no individual reading light in bunk beds.
