Exceptional
Great location
Liked: Location was great. Easy to find. Very clean good size room. Nice to have tea making facilities and fresh water was also welcome.
Disliked: Expect some noise throughout most of the night, didn't bother us much but may be challenging for light sleepers
Enjoyed our short stay
Liked: Stayed only one night but would have been very happy to stay longer. It was very easily located from the station and we were meet by very friendly staff who let us drop our luggage early. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and we had a lovely stay. Perfect location to get the train the the airport in the morning.
Liked: This is a B&B not a hotel and is perfectly situated right outside the Station. Our room had a quaint station themed decor creatively executed and the love and care was obvious. It was fun and beautifully informal. Our host was lovely to deal with and communication was clear and simple to follow. Thank you for a comfortable say.
Disliked: Not to be interpreted as criticism - just observation, the bathroom is charming, but if you were very large or immobile you might struggle with theproximity of sanitary ware in the space, but all beautifully finished 8 xx
Great location, clean and comfortable
Liked: Great location, so close to the train station for our morning departure. We were able to check in late but the need to have a WhatsApp phone call to get into the building was a bit of a nuisance and unusual. Perfectly nice, helpful person but would have preferred a more straightforward way to check in. Also had to leave cash on the table for tax and late check-in which meant we had to go searching for an ATM late at night. Comfortable, spacious room and bathroom was small but clean.
Disliked: As mentioned above, would have preferred more straightforward check-in and not having to leave cash for extras. The separate bathroom wasn't too inconvenient, just a few steps away.
Enjoyable stay
Liked: Location and spacious
Disliked: Would have liked a kettle
Perfect for a quick stay in Pisa - right beside train station
Liked: Nice and safe and private
Disliked: Bed was hard
