Location location
Liked: Location location. Just 100m from the tower. Breakfast was great, the garden a treat, the building and decor beautiful. The parking on the property is perfect.
Disliked: Staff was not very friendly - probably a lot of guests misbehave, and they give you the feeling that they expect you to do the same. Total lack of trust. It’s not a cheap place - I would have expected better lighting in the room (either dark or extremely lit) and a better extra bed (we slept with 5. The extra bed was not comfortable).
Liked: Beautiful hotel right next to Piazza dei Miracoli. Professional staff and service. Clean and pretty rooms. Magnificent garden. Also San Rossore train station within short walking distance. Absolutely must stay for next visit to Pisa.

Liked: The property was in a great location to visit the tower/cathedral. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The garden was an unexpected bonus.
Disliked: The AC was really noisy and kept us awake. Sound proofing didn’t seem great.
