Good
Liked: Location is excellent. Apartment is inside a very nice historic building. Bedding was clean. Access to building via code/box straightforward to use.
Disliked: Shower head holder in bathroom broken. Air conditioning unit vent broken. Many mosquitoes in room. Smaller bedroom has no exterior window and looks directly into a strange little undecorated room.
Liked: Possibility to do a late check-in. Location close to main attractions.
Disliked: Private bathroom away from the room.

We really enjoyed our short stay in this accommodation in Pisas. It was perfect for our visit

Disliked: No one was there to meet us..sent my documents and heard nothing back.I had a message from a guy who said the lady who I sent documents to would be in touch she wasn't I called her after messaging no answer he then said he was at work so couldnt help.She sent self check in details so what was the point in sending docs and time of arrival Room was ok although being a family didn't feel safe, our bathroom wasnt in the room and someone was living in room next door we had to lock bedroom door. Floors were not clean.

Liked: Superb location right in the centre of the city but in a quiet street. A 20 minute walk from the central station and only a five minute walk to the Leaning Tower and the Main Street with bars and restaurants.
