CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING, SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Only book if you want to be stranded out on the streets of Pisa

Disliked: ‼️ DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY ‼️ I arrived on Monday at the same time as two other girls, we both had no check in information, tried calling the number provided on booking.com several times - no answer. Then tried calling on WhatsApp - no answer. Finally we got let into the lobby by other guests but we was still having no luck getting any kind of reply, we left our stuff and went to explore Pisa as we both was only staying one night. Eventually I got a reply on WhatsApp 2.5 hours later “U have all the information for the check in in your email” I explained I hadn’t received it and ask could it be provided still no response and no calls was answered. The only way me and the other two girls got our check in details was because another guest who was Italian spoke to them in Italian and we got our check in details 4 hours and 17 minutes after the start of the check in time.
The receptionist was helpful. We arrived much earlierand she let us check in earlier

Liked: Location is fantastic. Bed was comfortable just got no sleep in it.
Disliked: THE NOISE 😤🤬…. Just everyday people walking past chatting it all echoes & rises up to the huge old windows. But at night all the party people. The music!!!! Then karaoke. All going on until 5am. It was horrendous. Then silence. 10 mins later the bin men. Emptying thousands of bottles. The road sweepers. I can’t knock how fast they clean it up & keen the street clean. But my god the noise spoils what is a good room with private bathroom.
Liked: Very good location. Nice rooms and clean.
Disliked: Some rooms faced the street and were therefore noisier—something for which the host is, of course, not to blame.
Disliked: There were so many mosquitoes
