Perfect location, very clean, lovely host

Liked: It was a nice surprise to be offered a free coffee and croissant for breakfast. The location is unbeatable a couple minutes walk to the Pisa Tower. The free parking in the middle of town is a bonus too.
Perfect to explore Pisa on transport links, spacious rooms, exceptional bathrooms and kind host
Liked: The host was exceptional and is transforming the building into a stylish hotel with exceptional bathrooms and comfortable beds whilst she is maintaining the style of the original architecture. As yet there is not a full breakfast offering but coffee and croissants are offered as a welcome inclusion during the quiet interior development.The location is excellent for the visitor to Pisa to enjoy walking to the leaning Tower and near a regular bus service and next to the station one stop away from Central Pisa. Next to a student area, it is calm and has secure parking. We wish the host well with the development of many more rooms and a successful project.

Liked: Excellent location, spacious room, lovely garden. Free car parking, train station just a few minuttes away. Room didn’t include breakfast, but we were served warm croissant and coffee every morning.

Very comfortable stay
Liked: Private Car parking on site. Easy walk into Pisa. Very clean and comfortable, excellent bathroom. Hairdryer, kettle and fridge in room. Very quiet. The owner was very helpful i letting us arrive early to park then go sightseeing. Same next morning, we checked out and went to local cafe for breakfast before driving away later.
Disliked: No breakfast offered, but coffee was offered as we left.
