Fabulous
A comfortable stay
Liked: Comfortable, spacious room. Complementary biscuits, water.. Good communication.
Disliked: The breakfast box was very simple, not enough butter, no cheese/ham. The hairdryer kept overheating and I had to wait 5 minutes before I could use it, then it only lasted seconds! But the next day, it was fine!
Liked: - Easy check-in/check-out - Location only 15mins walk to Pisa Tower - Very clean - Breakfast basket was nice touch, few handmade cookies and muffins were really good
Disliked: The only things we didn’t like were that the apartment smelled a bit too strongly of cleaning chemicals, almost like a hospital, which was a little overwhelming at first. Also, the room doors have almost no sound insulation. Our room was right next to the shared kitchen, so early in the morning we could hear people talking, making coffee or tea, and using the kitchen as if they were inside our room. That made it difficult to sleep and was not very pleasant.
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this charming and intimate hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and just a short walk from Florence’s historic landmarks. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay even more special. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, with an exceptionally comfortable mattress. The breakfast was also delicious and a lovely way to start the day. A huge thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality, kindness, and for making our stay so memorable. We would highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone looking to discover Florence. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
Pisa tower is nice
Liked: Location is good
Disliked: VERY LOUD people upstairs, loud neighborhood all night long, train is near cca 100 m. Breakfast is so so poor it wasn’t enough for one adult.
A great place to explore Pisa from
Liked: We really were pleasantly surprised: everything was lovely. The host was easy to contact, gave us great tips for Pisa, the house is super cute, situated in a residential area and well-kept. We loved the yard and the option of using the bicycles for free is a really nice add-on. We arrived by car and parking is no problem. The tower of Pisa and city center is in walking distance.
Clean, calm, lovely accommodation
Liked: Room was so clean. Breakfast had everything for the beginning of the day.
Disliked: Bike for our room (4) was older than other bikes. If it could be possible to choose I could choose different one and it could be easier to ride.
