Close to the leaning tower
Liked: Very comfy bed
Disliked: Noisy guests next door blow drying their hair at midnight. You can only see the top of the tower if you squint

Very convenient & parking
Liked: Our room was an annex to the rest of the hotel; a great room with all facilities, and so convenient, with parking.
Disliked: The TV was on in the breakfast room, during breakfast. The bed is a great size, but needs a new mattress, not one of those thin ones that people buy in an attempt to extend the life of their old mattress; it doesn't work, don't believe the commercials. Other than that a great place to stay.
