Great location opposite ruins
Liked: Great location. Superb staff in breakfast restaurant.
Disliked: Check in staff miserable, room not ready on arrival, took ages. Room a little shabby in places, lick of paint needed.
Great location, only average accommodation
Liked: The location was perfect for visiting the ruins
Disliked: There was a smoking room within the breakfast room. It was not pleasant smelling cigarette smoke while having breakfast. The rooms were small and walls were thin, we could hear everything from the rooms around us.

Liked: Excellent staff, super helpful. View from the breakfast room is breath taking

Liked: Our 5th time staying at this hotel to use as a base to explore the ancient sites/villas. Always book the suites with view over pompei savings to versuvius. Very clean and courteous staff. The pizza restaurant on site is nice to eat in, especially at the end of a long day.

Liked: Excellent location for the ruins and Pompei town with plenty of bars and restaurants. Excellent restaurant and bar linked to the hotel
Disliked: Breakfast was a little chaotic if a large group were eating together and layout made it difficult if it was busy
