Exceptional
Great hotel with a great price. Very close to the Ruines of Pompei and the train station
Liked: The front staff were excellent. Check-in was easy. They gave us great directions. Ordered a car for us from the airport to hotel. A taxi in the morning to get us to the gate at Pompei that we needed to go to. Also stored our luggage while we visited Pompei. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and a nice variety.
Disliked: There were two of us and only one towel in the morning. We had to make due as we had to leave.:)
Very cosy hotel close to the centre of town
Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a range of pastries, cakes, cereals and fresh fruit all available. The walk into town was nice and easy and there were plenty of decent restaurants within 10 minutes' walk. The car felt very safe in the hotel's car park, which had a barrier and CCTV.
Disliked: The room was quite small - we struggled to find a space for our empty cases and the wardrobe was a bit tight. Our previously pristine hired car had a couple of dents added due to parking in the car park.
Liked: Brilliant location close to train station and main square. Plenty of bars and restaurants very close by. Helpful informative staff. Pleasant room and nice garden area to sit outside with a drink.
If going to the ruins in Pompeii, recommend you drive or a cab. The walk around the ruins is lovely, it can be a litt
Great location and front staff but other than that I probably would not stay again
Liked: The location was great. Close to the Pompeii train Station and a 10 minute walk to the ruins
Disliked: The twin beds are extremely hard. The TV remote did not work in our room. The front desk staff was fantastic, but a man who worked breakfast kept asking for our room number over and over. When my son arrived at breakfast to join me at the same table he was asked the same question and then asked if he even had a room key. It was our second day at the hotel. The man kept pointing at us like we shouldn’t be there and I watched and he didn’t ask anyone else at other tables. He was very rude.
