Liked: Great room, lots of space.
Disliked: Description online talked about the great breakfast that the staff offered but there wasn't one. Again, it was the reviews that stated it not necessarily the description of the venue.

Liked: We lost a bag in transit and the help we recieved from the manager in retrieving it was exceptional. The room was a fabulous haven, clean, welcoming. Totally positive
Disliked: Breakfast was ok but maybe could have been fresher, also maybe a selection of cereals with milk available.
Average stay with an absolute hike to get up and down to room
Liked: Good air conditioning.
Disliked: Way too difficult to access. The amount of stairs needed to get to this place is ridiculous especially with a lot of luggage like we had. There is no staff to meet you at the top of the stairs and help up get the luggage up or down. Our room was right at the bottom making it EXTREMELY difficult to access. If I knew there were that many stairs I would not have booked. The room was also very small and squashed.

Liked: Casa Teresa is located in a convenient location. Upon arrival I messaged the property on what’s app. We checked in on time and walked 5 minutes down to puppetto beach. The walk back up is tough- steep stairs. If you wanna walk to the center of positano/ferry area it is about 20 minutes down hill. Again going up is the tough part. If you are arriving by ferry you may want to pay a porter to help with your luggage but there is a part you will have to walk with your things. We came from Agerola so didn’t have to worry about that but I’d imagine it is challenging to get to with your luggage from the ferry landing. Keep in mind positano is very hilly with lots of stairs some very steep. There was a nice terrace where breakfast was served.
