10/10 stay. INCREDIBLE experience!!!! Want to come back to Positano just for this hotel!
Liked: Where to start!!!! It took me a longggg time to decide what hotel to stay in due to the overwhelming number of options. I decided to give Villa Francesco a try despite it being a newer hotel / limited reviews and I’m SO GLAD I DID. I think this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the incredible service, breakfast, ROOM, views!!! Honestly have nothing but positive things to say. The staff are incredible!! They genuinely care about your experience and remember the small details. The cleanliness of this hotel is truly unmatched. The team pays attention to every small detail and I want to thank them for everything!!!! I want to come back to Positano just to stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing negative but location is a bit of a walk from the main town center. I enjoyed the walk but just be aware! About a 10 minute walk, but with a good amount of stairs. I enjoyed how calm the area the hotel was and away from the hustle bustle but something to plan for when we had dinners reserved.

Liked: The room was absolutely incredible, the views were great, location was quiet which was nice compared to other places in Positano.

Junior Suite Hot Tub Filthy Producing Dirt Suds
Liked: The location was good. Be prepared to walk lots of steps.
Disliked: I was our 10 year anniversary, we planned well ahead to spend time at this beautiful villa. We went the extra mile to book the junior suite which was beautiful until we turned the hot on. The jets were filthy, producing lots of dirt subs, when issue was presented to the desk they basically said it was clean and it's not their fault and didn't even attempt to take any accountability after paying over $1200 for one night at this place. I would not recommend one this account alone.
